Unfair Treatment and Zero Accountability from Live Easy

My name is Lerato, and I am 22 years old. Last month, while I was trying to exit the Live Easy premises on my way to work, the gate suddenly closed on me and crashed into my car. It damaged my headlight and bumper. I have been reporting this to the relevant people for over a month, but they eventually stopped responding to my emails and calls. Now my lights have been switched off, and I don’t even know why. I spoke to my neighbour, who went through a similar incident where the gate scratched his car, and Live Easy repaired his vehicle. I don’t understand why they fixed other people’s cars but refuse to fix mine.
