Trashy apartments

Where do I even begin,A whole trash I must say…..firstly people stay for a week or so without electricity, the place is filthy, no proper security, water bill’s ridiculous high, theft on another level, rent prices always going up…..I never recommend and that’s why people are always moving out…..They treat people like dirt and don’t care at all about their tenants 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
