Sunninghill worst experience 😫 😪

I waited for more than an hour for someone to assist me at Sunninghill liveasy. There was absolutely no one working at the reception. Security had to fetch a lady called Oniica somewhere. When she eventually arrived she DIDN'T greet or apologise to me and she had a anger on her face. I asked her if they is an apartment for rental available and she just said NO...and went back the direction she came from. When she left me and the security guy there. The security said I found her on a bad day but they are rooms without tenants.
