Stay away from Live Easy unless if you're desperate and the only available option is being homeless then you can consider Live Easy Rivonia. The staff are *********** and unprofessional. Safety is non-existent and anyone can come and go within the building. The passages are always filthy and have a bad odour while the lifts work once or twice a week. They are very dishonest about the rent price, rent increases whenever they feel like it. The walls are very thin so if your neighbour coughs or sneezes you'll hear everything, the entire building is full of ****oroaches. Even if you attempt to speak to the building manager Jacob regarding anything know that nothing will be done. He is extremely arrogant and has no people skills. As for your deposit you'll never get it back no matter what. If you value peace of mind and your money stay away from Live Easy Rivonia.
