Refund

I have asked them to refund my money after they receiving their welcome letter with extra cost not discussed prior to paying them and finding out that their rent will be going up within 4 months of their opening. They **** on Google reviews and said they refunded and they never didn't. Next step is to expose them to social media before someone else falls victim.
