Poor service , over charged and no noise reduction

1The building owners or managers have raised rent up by R400 2 , Also the building units is being partitioned with boards 3, services at the place poor served 4, I’m told by someone that they don’t pay water to the municipal yet they charge us water per litre 5 , as tenants we don’t have a club house the management always chase us when we having a family braai to the stuffy place wher thee is no ventilation PLEASE Help us
