Poor service and ill attitude from management

I was looking for a place close to my work place and when I went for viewing they showed me a bigger apartment and said that would be like the same unit I would get.when I moved in I was put in a smaller apartment and could not be immediately assisted as their offices where closed for festive ..when they reopened pursuing this matter was fruitless they don't want to give me what they showed me and neither is the Soo called manager cooperating..the site manager Jacob's attitude is the worst..I won't recommend anyone there
