No water for 4 days violation of my rights

I’ve had no water in my unit for 4 days , I couldn’t clean my apartment nor take a shower I was deprived my water rights , which states that Water rights refer to the legal right to use water from a source like a river, stream, or pond of which I have no access to river nor a pond but my taps in my unit . In South Africa, the right to water is a fundamental human right, and the Water Services Act of 1997 was enacted to provide basic water and sanitation services of which I don’t understand how can one be deprived of water for 4 days with no form of sanitation … it was said that water is to be returned on scheduled times of which in my case none of that was true … I feel sick , I haven’t taken a **** in 4 days … I had to ask around the building for a shower and had to compensate the people for their water . Live easy management has had a problem with me since I moved in and I don’t know what’s the issue because I do pay my bills on time so why should my services be disrupted further more this is not the first time this has happened
