New gate system not user friendly

I hope it reaches the owners. I've been a tenant for more than 4 years at Live Easy Huiz Dawid. I am not happy with the new system that the manager Abel has introduced of opening gates using an App we have to download in our mobile Phones. It is a matter of time that people will be highjacked because of waiting +-5 mins for the gate to open. The App not user friendly and is very slow to connect to the gate. I've spoken to the manager 2 times regarding this issue but I see nothing being done. It is winter now we get home when it is dark and have to wait outside without the gate being opened. This is a big risk to us tenants as there are people moving towards your car while trying to connect the App. We can even be ****** our phones. I've spoken to other tenants who are also affected by the issue and they are not happy at all. I hope this issue reaches the owners.
