Liveeasy Ramokhoase apartments

I stayed there for 1 and few months and last i renewed my contract with the understanding that I can give month notice when I want move due increase and noise, ****roaches, lifts not working sometimes, it was no longer viable for to stay there, so I gave month and half notice for end of March and yet they haven't paid back my deposit and am not the only one. Called the manager he said I breached the contract but yet someone moved in immediately there was no lose of income from their side, but they can't pay back my deposit.
