Title: "Mixed Experience"

I've had a somewhat mixed experience with Live Easy. On the positive side, their customer service has been responsive to my inquiries, and the rental process was relatively smooth. However, there were occasional delays in addressing maintenance issues. It would be great if they could improve their response time in that regard. Overall, decent service but with room for improvement.
