I cannot wait to find another place. I gave this place a one star rating because it is quite convenient if you’re a professional working in Sandton.

However I’m rating them a zero on the following:

- The walls are so thin that you can literally hear your neighbours business. As we speak my neighbour is playing TikTok videos with the highest volume at 3AM?!! So when your neighbour has insomnia, you have insomnia. When they host a party, you are basically part of the party. When they take a dump, you can hear every drop in the toilet. If your neighbours are a couple ? Shame you’ll hear every clap of that baby making process.

- The securities are so useless. During weekends they let every Tom, Jack and Harry into the building but when you as an individual come from work tired and you find the big gate open they refuse to let you in knowing very well that fingerprint access to the small gate doesn’t always work. Previous morning there was a queue of about 15 people who were going to work, the small gate was not detecting fingerprints. The security refused for us to leave the premise through the big gate used for cars ?!! We all stood there for close to 10 minutes before he could open for us th leave for work. It’s so funny because when it’s load shedding, the big gate is open for everyone to go in and out as they like lol. Defeats the whole purpose honestly.

- Just found out from the maintenance people that these apartments were once offices so you don’t even want to see how these rooms look. We live in modernised shacks with Sandton Prices.

- You could be the cleanest person on earth and you will still get visits from the roach family. Those things are everywhere. You’ll find them crawling in your grocery cupboard, wardrobe, and even on your body while you sleep. You even end up being so immune to them lmao.

- The laundry room is always so full. So if you’re a working professional then my dear you need to do your laundry in the AMs when everyone is sleeping. Mind you there are over 500 tenants with only 3 washing machines that actually function. The funniest thing is that most of these machines use coins, yep! In this day and age you are expected to gather coins just to wash your laundry because the 1 machine that uses a card is always preoccupied.

I could go on for forever but this would easily turn into a book “Surviving Live Easy”. But my advice ? Stay away if you want to preserve your sanity. Your mental health matters.
