Live Easy Rivonia

We have not had water for the past month, when it comes it’s either in the early mornings or late night when nobody has use for it. I called the Joburg waters and they confirmed that Rivonia is not experiencing any water outages, guys it’s been a month, how are we suppose to use the toilets, showers, washing of dishes, cooking. Can someone help here please.
