Live-Easy Rental apartments Randburg is a **** of note

Live-Easy Randburg is not a nice place to stay at. First you experience high level of noise every weekend. I was hospitilised and i couldn't pay my rental unit as per norm and therefore opted to terminate my lease. They moved my furniture and all my belongings from my unit to their storage while i was in hospital. I was told i need to pay R12900 before i can access my belongings or before i could take them. Saturday i went there to pay the amount owed to them and to collect my belongings. To my surprise, what they call a storage it is actually a parking lot fenced. My furniture was broken, some dusty while my fridge and TV are missing. No One wanted to account to the loss and instead the letting agent called Jonathan walked out on me while im explaining my frustrations and my loss. By far i lost furniture, the R12900 and my deposit. When i asked where i can escalate my query, they only gave me an email address which they claim is for the owners. Apparently the owners don't have an office to consult with neither a contact number to escalate your queries.
