Live Easy Pretoria is just a nightmare in full effect. There was a manager who was COMPLETELY RUDE and had no sense of professionalism by the name Sabelo. He would show blatant favoritism and intimidate tenants that complained about him or the living conditions of the building. Secondly the current managers are also inaccessible at times and tend to ignore customer complains, at times one would even swear at tenants. We have laid numerous complains about everything, from cleanliness to unfair prepaid meter charges, noise and parking but hardly anything ever gets resolved and we even took them to the Rental Housing Tribunal and they didn't implement anything that was agreed upon at mediation. At the moment we have a problem with access control to communal showers as people who are non residents and tenants of other floors easily use showers from other floors. this is simply frustrating and completely undesirable.
