I would advise anyone to not move into this place , there are constant water issues and electricity issues and by constant I mean every week . the walls are very thin , very very thin . There are not enough machines to cater to all tenants even the washing line is not enough. all the advertised amenities are not completed like the gym the work spaces. and they make you sign a year lease automatically
