LIVE EASY FOURWAYS ......NIGHT NOISE CONTROLS & **** SMOKING

I recently MOVED to LIVE EASY FOURWAYS in block 5.May I know who at Live Easy Fourways is responsible for controlling noise especially AT NIGHT this really ? so that people are held accountable. If it is the tenants then we know and take the law into our hands to address the matter. I went to visit a FRIEND in block 6 thinking that I was imaging things ,the NIGHT NOISE there is WORSE .Secondly those responsible,may you introduce even "cheap air- fresheners" in corridors for inside rooms in these blocks , the odour particularly early mornings is horrible.It is sometimes worse when certain tenant smoke **** ,the whole corridor then smells.Some even smoke **** from outside rooms ,(ESPECIALLY BLOCK 6)and the whole **** smoke goes up into other other units.Also who is responsible for this **** /DRUGS control so that we know.
