LIVE EASY FOURWAYS - HORRIBLE SERVICE BY A VERY RUDE STAFF MEMBER - HER NAME IS BLESSING! SHOCKING SERVICE, VERY RUDE AND SHE SAID SHE DOES'T CARE!!! Blessing is so rude, she hung up the phone in my ear and when I called back to ask why she would do that and if she couldn't handle such situations differently, she still confirmed that she hung up intentionally and she even told me that she doesn't care. When I tried to escalate the matter, the staff members will actually tell you to put my complaint on platforms like Hello Peter instead of trying to resolve the matter internally. This behavior, the level of disrespect and disregard that Blessing has for her job is actually shocking given the unemployment rate. She hates her jobs so much that she will tell you that she doesn't care! Wow.
