Live Easy

I've had multiple bad experiences with Optima Asset management. They have no regard for people staying at LiveEasy and have no knowledge of the rental laws. If you lay a complaint or challenge them they serve you with less than 30 days notice to vacate the premises. Dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare and I would not advise anyone to stay here. No entry inspection was done when I moved in but they want an exit inspection done. My utilities were switched off without a court order just because I don't want to renew my lease but my rent up to date. They are rude and very nonchalant. The name is LiveEasy but there's nothing easy about staying here. It's been a nightmare from the very beginning
