If you have a car you rent parking for R350, gym is automated at R150, sleep over visitors pay R50 per night. Laundry you pay, there are no stoves in the apartments you buy. All they explain when you get there is your monthly rent, levies and water and electricity being prepaid. Why pay for levies or rent when you still have to rent a parking for your car. They ****med me and I need my R1500 back. I know they lying to people and saying they refunded me. Didn't receive any payment from them.
