Imbecile Employee

I live at live easy Opera Plaza and there is this employee who is very very disrespectful employee by the name of David, he does not know how to speak to tenants, he speaks to us like he is making us a favour for us staying there, by that time we pay our hard earned money for peace of mind, I'm appalled that such behaviour is acceptable because it's something that happens regularly and their lift are always broken making it inconvenient for us, the rooftop has a curfew of 10, live easy change your ways!
