I just moved to Live Easy Fourways

I just moved to Live Easy Fourways,the experience is terrible.I stay in block 6,is there someone who checks on people who smoke dagga in this block.The level at which tenants smoke dagga ,someone is surely making a good business of tenants in block 6.Secondly ,why do we have bunch of tenants seating by the entrance slubs and not requested to seat in the designated places. Worse still these people sit on the entrance of block 6 ,mornings ,evenings ,they smoke (anything and everything) ,drink ,then move up and start to make a lot of noise .Assuming that some of these "gangs" are not tenants ,then we are surely not safe.Even if those who display such behaviour are tenants the risk is still there. Weekends are worse. Who seriously controls such?How am I expected to be paying rentals consistently when I feel like I am staying in an ******* tavern?This behavior seems to go uncontrolled .I cannot wait to move out honestly.
