Horrible service

My experience with OPTIMA PROPERTIES (live easy randburg surrey managed by Jonathan as he lives here also) I would never recommend you to spend your hard earned money on rent in this place on a saturday the inconsiderate selfish building starts construction on the floor above mine at 8 am waking me and my whole family up! I GO TO THE BUILDING MANAGER AND HE IS APPARENTLY SLEEPING THROUGH ALL THAT NOISE WHEN NO ONE ELSE CAN SLEEP HE CAN? WHAT A LIE, When renting on a weekend you would want to wake up on your own accord or if there will be noise you would appreciate being made aware about it. NOT LIVE EASY, JONATHAN is useless and should be considered a tenant because he disregard every problem do not live here i recommend QUORUM, I USED TO LIVE THERE IT HAD ITS PROBLEMS BUT NOT LIKE LIVE EASY IT EVEN HAS AN UNCONTROLLABLY INFESTATION PROBLEM, EMAILS WERE SENT OUT LAST MONTH THAT FUMIGATION WILL TAKE PLACE, AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED, OBVIOUSLY JONATHAN KNOWS OF BUT WILL DO NOTHING, I WILL BE MOVING OUT MIGHT TRY, THEMBA PROPERTIES OR INDLU'PLACE, NOT LIVE EASY RANDBURG DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO REGRET LIKE US!
