HORRIBLE SECURITY AT ACCESS CONTROL POINT AT LIVE EASY RANDBURG

Worst customer service ever, they call the security at the front access control those idiots dont know how to treat the visitors there, Iv been there about 1000 times this security on this particular day asked me to sign the register book which i dont understand as i have never done, I proceed to tell him that i have never ever signed that book, well anyway HE TOLD ME THAT AT LIVE EASY RANDBURG IF YOU ARE RUDE THE SECURITIES HAVE THE RIGHT TO PHYSICALY ASSAULT YOU, THE GUY IS TALL AND DARK HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH HIS NAME . All i ask from the manangement is to hire s****ed securities that can atleast communicate in english because he was just speaking his home language which is so unprofessional,

DO NOT RENT AT THOSE APARTMENTS AS THE STUFF THERE LIKE BONGA HE DOESNT TAKE THINGS SERIOUSLY EVEN WHEN YOU REPORT THINGS. THE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF IS DISGUSTING.
