Faulty geyser

I have reported a faulty geyser at my apartment at Live easy 323 Nana sita to maintenance from Tuesday 1st of February and it's been a week now they only keep sending me emails that they have received the emails,but there's no action. Every morning l have to boil water to bath it's really tiring. I'm really not happy
