Disgusted with customer service levels.

The lady who handles the verification documents named Precious is very difficult to deal with and has no customer interactive skills whatsoever!!!!!

Never have I experienced such poor service to a point where I waked away from reception. I don't think a service provider has a right to raise their voice over a customer. I will surely pay much more money to rent anywhere else. I cant imagine the overall service if just the reception and credit checks are such an issue for an employee to do their job. I actually got told that she will check my email tomorrow as she is checking yesterday's emails today. I sent my documents today at 10:30am and went there at 4:07pm to be turned away by such rudeness and lack of proactive initiative!

It would be a joke to say I'm irate.
