Disgusted by Live Easy Rivonia

My Girlfriends Car Windscreen cracked in the Apartment parking lot in Rivonia Live Easy. She's been kept waiting just for footage because apparently no one has access to those cameras footage. How long must she wait? Why can't any of them access cameras to see who damaged her car windscreen? She is paying parking every month so you can't tell us that no one has access to the footage.
