Disappointing living experience with Live-Easy Marshalltown

My experience with Live Easy Marshalltown has been disappointing and frustrating. While the concept of affordable living is appreciated, the reality of staying here has been far from satisfactory.

1. Electricity Issues: We have gone days without electricity (and water), and communication or resolution is often lacking. This not only disrupts daily life but has also led to food spoilage, which is financially and emotionally draining.

2. Lack of Security: Despite claims of 24-hour security, my flat (along with others) was broken into recently. As a woman living alone, this has left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe.

3. ****roach Infestation: The building has a severe ****roach problem that has persisted despite my best efforts to manage it. This is unacceptable in a space I am paying to live in.

4. Poor Maintenance: Requests for repairs are ignored for months. For example, waited over a year for my shower head to be fixed despite multiple reports.

5. Unsanitary Common Areas: The rooftop washing line reeks of urine because of inappropriate usage, and nothing has been done to address this.

These ongoing issues make it extremely hard to justify the rent charged, let alone a rental increase. Living here has been a constant source of stress, and I would not recommend Live Easy to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained place to live.
