Constant maintenance issues

When i moved in the apartment wasn’t clean, a lot of maintenance wasn’t done. I have be living here for less than two months, i have a constant problem with leakages. They are always “fixing”, but i find myself in the same situation every second week. They came to fix the pipe mid week, this very morning, I experienced another pipe leak resulting to another pool of water in my room. To top it all of the manager is always rude when asked to assist in such situations.
