Bad service

Live Easy revonia it's bad. It's noisy security does not patrol and tell people to stop making noise instead you find them sitting not in the guard room but outside by the gate everyday and making noise with tenants. I called Themba who is listed as the building manager one day to complain about the noise downstairs by the golf course at mid night and he told me he is not the building manager I must speak to Justh or Jacob whom I dnt even have his number because is not listed as anything at liveeasy. I found his response very cold and rude. It is not a nice place to stay. We are miserable all the time and I think alot of people are scared to complain because the employee there feels entitle. The cleaners, securities and some people not wearing uniform I believe are some of the tenants sit outside by the gate as if this is a place to mingle. And the sad part they will be laughing as if they are not at work. It is so uncomfortable just going outside that place walking to the shops or inside a car so uncomfortable.
