Bad living conditions

Live easy randburg apartments are the worst apartment one could decide to go to. Their lack of accountability and the living conditions are bad as hell. We moved in and we only paid deposit as it was 1st month rent free. After 2 months we asked to move to a smaller apartment due to financial instability. They then moved us. As time went past roaches become a problem and they never came to fumigate and the worst happened we found 4 rats in our room, they did not even try to move us to a different unit or anything like that. That same month we asked them to move us to a 1 bedroom apartment, they told us that we have to pay admin fees and rent. We asked why more admin fees by just moving to another room they did not give us a proper answers. Now we are trying to to move out they are refusing saying we need to pay the next months rent to move out cause we didn't set notice. My question is why aren't we allowed to speak to the management directly to sort out this issue. This is my honest opinion about Live easy Randburg, something must be done because this is not how people should live. They dont even deserve 1 star.
