Absolutely terrible experience with Live Easy

Absolutely terrible experience with Live Easy. I’ve been locked out of my unit for over 2 hours and no one from management is responding. The person on duty is unreachable, and this all happened after their own maintenance team worked on my door. I should be resting and preparing for Monday, not sitting outside being ignored. This isn’t the first issue I’ve reported my broken shower multiple times, but it’s never been fixed. I’ve had to bath with cold water for weeks. Yet when it comes to collecting rent, which I’ve never missed, they’re quick to respond. The maintenance is poor, and the management is completely unreliable. They take forever to resolve issues, and even then, they don’t get fixed properly. This place is frustrating and not worth the stress. Avoid if you’re looking for decent service or a livable space
