Living here has always been horrible, I experienced a bad attitude from the management, I had issues like water shortage, parking, electricity, and broken lifts. It isn't the best building and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come and stay here. They'll keep on over charging you with just a small apartments. I regret staying at 113 Johannes Ramokhoase, Live Easy.At the moment I'm experiencing the worse ,I have signed the contract in 2023 for a year now I need to move out and served my notice,but they refuse to pay my deposit back to me,their excuse is that the contract was automatically renewed but never signed the new lease ever since and was not given a chance to agreement.

Anyone with the owners contact details ,I need to excalate this matter further
