Worst service ever

Most pathetic service ever!!! Do not use! Rather take the time to do the claim yourself online via DOL uif website, where you can actually track your claim status! All my documents were sent to little ****** uif claims end of November except my baby's birth certificate which was sent in December. UP UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT!!! ALSO unless you ask for an update from Stephanie, you will not hear anything back, no feedback whatsoever! And even when you send emails you have to wait 5-7 days and then you will be lucky if you receive a response, when you call the numbers it's either off or when someone does answer they always give you the same story about Stephanie not being available and she will call you back, which btw never happens! When I checked with the DOL they are still awaiting my Ui19 form which was sent together with all my documents, and according to Stephanie there is some issue with my employment dates etc but when looking at the comments here this seems to be the same excuse. How is it that you are quick to respond to comments on here bt not on the actual emails????
