Worst service ever

Please don't bother to make use of Little ****** for your UIF claim, they take their time to submit your application, and when they finally do, they also just sit and wait, they don't follow up with DOL, and when you try to follow up with them they never give you feedback, if they do it's with an attitude, they were quick to take my money, but didn't bother to assist me with my maternity claim, I'm back at work already from maternity leave and haven't received a cent. Today after 3months of back and forth I decided to make things happen myself, with 1 call to DOL i found out my application is pending because no documents was received, i received a link to upload my documents, which i did, and i called back to make sure that they've received everything, confirmation was done that all is in order and a ticket raised for documents submission, all that was done within 1day. They just wasted my time, if I knew I would've done the application myself from the beginning
