Worst service ever!!

Do not bother with these guys!! I am currently in the process of asking for my refund! My lawyer has advised me to ask for my money back. What's worse is reading someone else's review here and the same thing happened to me. Wish I would've read this before I paid them.

I was told my documents were submitted and when I followed up via email and phone calls, was told my employment is not updated after they told me all documents were submitted. I called my employer and they said everything was sorted. Till today I haven't received any payment. Had to go to the DOL myself and my application was sorted. I have received an sms from DOL saying my payment will be made soon.

I am not so kind I am sending them a letter of demand I want my money back!
