Waste of Time and Money
Little ****** cost me money and time; I ran around collecting all the documents they requested (far more than Department of Labour requires) and paid them money I didn’t have! They haven’t contacted me in over 2 months and prior to that was only in response to my queries. I kept getting generic answers from LM and Department of Labour gets blamed. Little ****** did finally give me the email address my previous employer could submit declarations to the Department of Labour re. my employment, as they hadn’t updated DOL. I finally told them I was going myself to Department of Labour and Little ****** said DOL wouldn’t be able to help me! Needless to say, when I went myself, my application hadn’t even been captured! DOL had no record of my application. 9 months later I have now been paid out a lump sum, backdated UIF due to good assistance from Chatsworth Department of Labour and no thanks to Little ******.
