Very poor service, stay away
Stay away!! Very poor service and the communication is non-existent. Would not recommend I don't even know how this company is still in business.

as per the employment history we have sent to your wife - there are 3 employment periods not updated. This is an employer compliance issue.
We have also provided her with simplified electronic submissions to give to employers to submit - so that this can be updated. It was also resent in the last week,
To date we dont see that employers have submitted anything as per the instructions we sent. This is very important that they declare and become compliant

25 Feb 2022, 14:41The employment history has been updated. The claim is at final approval stage (our own work as we had to submit alternative documents and back and forth emails with the Department). So I don't know why your system is not showing what their system is showing. We get the same reply everytime.
