Very happy, awesome service!

Very happy with the service I have received from Stephanie and the team. Dealing with government departments (Department of Labour) is terrible at the best of time, and so going through an agency to receive my UIF, whilst on maternity leave, was a must! A lot of the negative comments on Hello Peter come from people where there are hold ups on the Department of Labour's side, and they tend to blame the agency ****tle ****** UIF). I had MANY hold ups with my claim process, but Stephanie kept me up to date with the process, and explained each hold up, and the reason, so that I could get the necessary information on my side amended and sent back to her. I got my UIF paid out a month after I returned to work - BUT I got every last cent owed to me, and I was kept in the loop with everything from the moment I submitted my docs. This is what true customer service is, and I will use her services again for the next time I am on maternity leave!
