very bad
I did my UIF clame at Little ****** UIF Claims at November last year 2019 Little ****** UIF Claims says there is a problem with my payper work so i send them the correct papper work still to this day i did not receive a cent of my UIF claim did my wife claim on July 2020 i understand Covid-19 wil slow the prosses still to this day did not receive a cent of ouer UIF money we cant phone them they never answer the dont reply on mails

please note:
as per all the feedback we have given you,
you had one employer CH**Bi** that didnt declare your employment,
you cannot get hold of them, we even tried to get hold of them with no success. You gave us an affidavit, which we had submitted to DOL.

please note:
as per all the feedback we have given you,
you had one employer CH**Bi** that didnt declare your employment,
you cannot get hold of them, we even tried to get hold of them with no success. You gave us an affidavit, which we had submitted to DOL.

13 Nov 2020, 16:25this however was not yet done by DOL. Also as we have informed you, your last employers declared to DOL that you absconded which is also a problem for DOL and getting this fixed has its delays.

her claim was approved, but she didnt change the surname with the bank as per our instructions on the documents.
The payment was blocked by DOL and we have asked for a re-issue.
The re-issue was for the 2nd time done this week.
