Useless!

Not sure who Marinda used? (gave them 5stars?), but it may be another company. These people dont give feedback, they dont check your documents, keep asking you to escalate your case and when you demand your money back they then act and submit your forms again…. And say something that its not their fault! To date I have not had any success after 8 months. Ive gone with another agent now and they picked up mistakes on my form and on the system! Dont use them! Find another agent!
