USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

For those who are considering using this company service for your UIF claims.....DONT!!! The service I received from this company is TERRIBLE. I paid money for them to assist me with my maternity claim and disappointed me beyond words. I was expecting good service since it seemed like I would be dealing with a woman who understands the struggle of claiming UIF benefits. I thought I would be saved the up and down to the Department of Labour, which I was trying to avoid.

All that Stephanie did was "submit" my documents and sat back and did nothing. When I followed up with her she told me that she submitted everything and that I should follow up with Labour, this after paying for her services.

I did my follow up and ended up having to go the Department of Labour, a trip I was avoiding all along. When I was at Labour the person who assisted me called Little ****** " a ****" and said all they do is eat peoples money and that alot of people complain about this company.

I ended up getting better assistance from the people at Labour than from Little ******, who I paid my hard earned money.
