UIF ****- Little ******

I contacted Little ****** on Oct 2020 just as I went on maternity leave, they seemed really efficient and sent me all the info to make payment to use their services , before making payment I had a few questions regarding the process and they responded instantly.

Payment was made and then HELL STARTED

I was sent through a bunch of papers via email , being highly confused and highly pregnant I tried to desperately call them for assistance to find out how the paper was suppose to be completed , there was no response I literally tired 69 times on one day and nothing 6 months later I still have not managed to get ahold of them via there telephone number

It’s now been a full 6 months and they have done nothing for me besides CREATE AN ONLINE profile for me with UIF

They have told me that my uif details have not been updated by my company and hence I had not received payment - which was a LIE

I went into UIF branch myself and had to submit my documents myself which was submitted for the first time

I tired contacting little ****** for a refund but they DO NOT RESPOND to emails or calls

TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO CONSIDER USING THEM - they are a ****
