Uif claims

These people took my money and after little communication said that my employer did not file the correct way. After I got my employer to review and submit correctly, no further communication was received. My emails don't get answered and no one ever answers the phone. Bad service from a company that demanded payment upfront. Will never recommend them. Now I have to go in and do the claim myself after having paid someone to do it. And, as I am in Pta, they submitted the claim at Bronkhosrtspruit. I have to travel there to get the claim processed. More and more money out of my pocket.
