Terrible service STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I think hello peter should start putting an option for negative ratings because Little ****** would definitely score way below zero from me. I sent them all my maternity claim documents end of February this year until today my claim has not been finalized. You will never reach them on their pathetic line which they say is only available between 9-2 (which is just a lie) and they will only respond to your email like once a month if you are lucky. I have never had to deal with such level of incompetence

the employers didn't declare your maternity leave.
we have submitted the manual documents which are the ui19, salary schedule and letter for capturing,
But unfortunately there is a HUGE delay on the capturing on DOL side.
WE don't update and or capture your employment.

the employers didn't declare your maternity leave.
