Terrible agency. Poor service.

Worst agency ever. I submitted all my documents in November 2019 it is now March 2020 and i haven't received a cent they dont answer their calls and they always busy and they had to resubmit my claim and i still haven't received my money. My maternity leave is over and i haven't received a cent. They are not helpful it would be better to submit ur own claims then using them.
