Taking advantage of new mothers

<p>I would like to warn mommies against Stephanie du Plooy,t the owner of Little ****** UIF Claims. It is an agency that will ***ist you with your UIF claim while you are on maternity leave. She is very quick to respond with the do***ents to complete as soon as she gets your money she forgets about you. She does not respond to any messages, emails and does not answer her phone. The times she does respond she has lame excuses and I get the idea it is an inconvenience for her to ***ist and help but the ironic part is that she is paid to deliver a service. I do not know how you can run a business like that. I work for a company that customer service is the most important thing. She can clearly learn how to make customers her number 1 priority. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY! </p>
