STAY AWAY!!!!
Terrible service, do not use this company!!!!! I submitted all my documents almost 5 months ago and still no payment! My sister submitted her documents in September 2019 and also still no payment! This is shocking and their responses are generic "we have followed up on your claim and it has been sent to the assesor". They don't answer the phone and when they do they ask for your ID number and you will maybe get the same generic email from them a week later... STAY AWAY FROM THESE ********!

We have escalated your claim, and DOL advised they cannot approve the claim because your ID is on the COVID list.
Additional documents from employers are needed to get your ID removed
