*******!!!! STAY AWAY!!

How this company still exists, I do not know!!! They take your money and then it’s like pulling teeth trying to be assisted! You should be ashamed that you take money from people whom already are not being paid without delivering on your promise!!! There is absolutely NO costumer service! I paid you to help me with a system I knew nothing of and provide assistance, yet I ended up having to do EVERYTHING myself regardless. That’s why you ask for payment upfront because you know your useless, you are essentially *****ing from people and should be disgusted!

I have since received my money, with ZERO help from your company, in-fact the last email I received from you was AFTER I had been paid out and it was for doing an escalation and having to bcc your company. Shows you can’t even follow-up with your own system to ensure the information you had was correct and up to date because otherwise you would have seen that my claim was approved and done!

I really hope people see this before thinking of using you, so that their time and HARD earned money isn’t wasted!!
