Due to an issue with the banking details DOL couldn't make the payment which was communicated to yourself and your wife.
We have communicated with DOL on this matter where they said there was a huge backlog on this banking issues.

16 Aug 2019, 13:39If you talk to the DOL you would find that this claim has been paid out ..My wife went there and sorted it out herself ..She updated her details herself and the claim was paid out ..So where you get this details for banking issues now i don't know..Check if your data line is working and it is not a message that is Stuck in the PC cache memory..
